Our review process

The path every page follows before it publishes — and the schedule it follows afterwards.

Requires final business & legal review

Process framework only. Named reviewers, review cadence and correction turnaround times are confirmed by the business before publication.

  1. 01

    Research

The question is defined, the governing authority identified, and the scope limited to what can be evidenced. Nothing proceeds on an assumption about a contract term.

  2. 02

    Primary-source verification

Every factual claim is traced to a statute, regulation, regulator publication, official carrier document or equivalent primary record, and dated.

  3. 03

    Drafting

The page is written answer-first against the structured template: direct answer, key facts, sections, tables, questions, sources.

  4. 04

    Expert review

A licensed advisor competent in the subject reviews the page for accuracy, suitability language and regulatory framing. The reviewer is named on the page.

  5. 05

    Publication

The page publishes with author, reviewer, review date, source list and applicable disclosures attached as structured fields.

  6. 06

    Periodic review and update

Pages are re-verified on a schedule and whenever an underlying rule, rate or carrier provision changes. The review date on the page reflects the latest check.

  7. 07

    Correction

A material error is corrected, dated and noted in the correction record rather than edited silently.

  8. Applies to every page

Author, reviewer, review date, source list and disclosures are structured fields, not optional footnotes. A page cannot publish without them.
