Corrections
Errors are fixed in the open, with a date and a description of what changed.
Requires final business & legal review
This page carries concise framework copy only. Final wording, jurisdictional scope and any statements about licensing or compensation must be confirmed by the business and reviewed by counsel before publication.
Our standard
A material error is corrected on the page where it appeared, dated, and recorded in the correction log. Substantive claims are never revised silently.
What counts as a material correction
- A misstated statutory, tax or regulatory rule
- An incorrect deadline, rate, limit or eligibility threshold
- A misdescribed carrier or contract provision
- An attribution error affecting the author or reviewer of record
How a correction is handled
- The claim is re-verified against primary sources
- The page is corrected and the reviewer re-confirms it
- The review and update dates are reset
- The correction is logged with the date and a plain description of the change
Report an error
Send the page address and the specific statement in question. Reports that identify a source are actioned fastest.
