  1. Producer licensing

    Insurance is transacted only by individuals holding an active resident or non-resident producer license in the applicable state. NPN and licensed-state fields are published on each advisor profile and display PENDING_VERIFICATION until confirmed against state records.

  2. Jurisdiction

    Life insurance and life settlement transactions are regulated at the state level. Product availability, replacement disclosure requirements, free-look periods and settlement licensing differ by state. Jurisdiction records in the data model carry their own verification dates.

  3. Compensation

    Compensation arrangement placeholder pending final structure. Any commission, referral fee or revenue-share affecting a recommendation is disclosed on the page where that recommendation appears.

  4. Suitability

    Screener and calculator output is directional and educational. It is not a suitability determination, an illustration, a valuation, or an offer. Any recommendation requires a suitability review by a licensed advisor with access to the actual contract.

  5. Replacement

    Replacing or exchanging an in-force policy can carry new contestability and suicide periods, surrender charges, tax consequences and loss of grandfathered contract features. State replacement disclosure forms are required before any replacement.
